access to woocommerce support/logout link?

Hello. Since I got the Woocommerce plugin with your theme and not from woothemes, I don’t have access to their support forums. Is there anyway to get access through you? Because I don’t think my question is related to your theme.

Before I updated to the latest version of woocommerce, the logout link worked with a logout page and only appeared when a user was logged in, but now that option seems to be gone and instead it works by adding “/customer-logout” at the end of the url. This logs the users out, but the link stays even when they aren’t logged in.
