Animated Button Options

Hello,

Is it possible to create a button that has an image background, and is animated similar to the portfolio thumbnails?

I am looking to create four buttons across the page, with background images, and when you hover over each the title animates like the portfolio thumbnails. Specifially the “zoom in” animation on the image and the “horizontal” animation for the title.
