Backend freezes when editing

When I try to make a change to the homepage using the visual builder, the whole page freezes. Sometimes it works if I wait a while, but when I tried to edit the background image in the main column’s edit settings, after setting my new image, the whole page freezes up. https://proc-inc.com/tcu/
