Comments box appearing where it shouldn't

Hey! Loving the Boldial theme and very excited about launching my site with it. I’m stuck on a couple of things, but this one is first: The comments box is appearing on the last few pages of the site: Gallery, Investment, Albums and Contact. I’ve no idea why as commenting is switched off in the WP settings (can’t be doing with it!) Can you help?
