Demo pages leading to nowhere – 404 not found with wampserver permalinks

Hello, i’ve installed the demo content, but all pages in the pages menu are leading to a ‘not Found’ page. I’m using Wampserver in local host…is that normal? ALso if i create a new page, if i try to preview it, it doesn’t work, it give me a 404 NOT FOUND page.
