First time revolution slider, no effect

Hi, how do you set up revolution slider so when it loads for the first time (in home page), the first slide shows with no effect? Just like a normal picture? I want to use slide effects but it looks weird that when you load the home page, the picture is not there and shows with an effect.

after the first time, if it loops, then it should have the effect like the rest of the slides.
