Font changes

Hello,
I have two questions:
I modified the font to be Open Sans and it works perfectly on the computer, however it does not show the changes when I open the site on my mobile device. What can I do to show the changes in mobile device as well?

I am not sure if this is the problem with my browser setting, but the website can not be accessed on Safari MAC, in the meantime I will try to fix my browser, but please let me know if you know of this problem.
