Main navigation not visible

    Hi,

    I am having a problem with the main navigation on my site not being visible. It is selected under Menu >> Manage Locations, and I have tried everything that I can think of, but it is still not showing. Please advise on how I can fix this.

    Also, how can I eliminate the sidenav icon from the main nav?
