Portfolio Galleries and Theme Options Colors

I’d like to thank you again for having the most versatile theme I’ve ever worked with!
But I do have a few questions about the theme…

1. When placing a portfolio gallery, it always seems to be clickable (like a lightbox). But I don’t want that because the image size is perfect as it is on a project page. Anyway I can prevent the popup?

2. A weird bug happens when you place a gallery in a right aligned colomn. Numbers appear in the bottom navigation.

3. I can’t get Portfolio thumbnail (max)height to work.

4. Themecolors don’t seem to be written saved to the custom css. The color does show in the theme-options, but not on the website itself. Is this just a hosting thing?
