Posts or Pages using Page Builder do not show up on a smart phone

I’m using Boldial and it’s beautiful.

However, anytime I use Page Builder Virtual Composer to format a page or a post the results do NOT show up correctly when viewing the website from a smart phone. All that shows up is the title of the page or post. The menu doesn’t work and there is no View Full Site link at the bottom.

Here are two posts for you to compare:

1. This one shows only the title and posted by and the menu doesn’t work when viewed on a smart phone- both iphones and Android phones.

2. This one shows the full post and the menus sort of work. I’m using the Short Code Menu but on a smart phone I get a different menu without most of the sub-items listed. (two sub-items are there but out of order.) But at least the post itself shows up.
