Remove Widgetized Sidebar Icon on top right of home page

We do not have any widgetized sidebars on our site although there is an icon at the top right-hand side of the home page. Anyone can click this icon, which reads “This panel is active and ready for you to add some widgets via the WP Admin” Please tell us how to remove/disable this icon. https://www.scooterandoaks.com/
