Responsiveness of Theme

Hello Again,

So my website is not altering its appearance (specifically font size) when it is viewed on different devices. Especially when viewed on a phone the page title letters very large and the words are hyphenated in very odd ways. If i remember correctly this theme is supposed to be fully responsive.
