“Site Title and Tagline” set in customizer, but only tagline displayed

    Hello,

    I have two problems. Site is still hosted local, goal is to launch by Monday.

    1. In Customize I enter a Site Title and tagline but only the tagline shows up.

    2. I’m using the latest post page as my homepage and I’d like to remove the text “11 posts here”.
