Tayp Issue – Fatal Errors, New Install

I have just recently purchased the Tayp theme (From MojoMarketplace) and after installing both the main theme and child theme, and activating the child as per instructions I’m left with two errors. :

Warning: require_once(/home/www/w********/wp-admin) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/www/*******/wp-content/themes/tayp/functions.php on line 1762

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ” (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5.3/lib//php’) in /home/www/******/wp-content/themes/tayp/functions.php on line 1762

I’ve removed and re-added them again, I’ve also deactivated several plugins but still to no avail.

Versions state installed as 1.1.

Please help, this is the first purchase I’ve ever made for a WP theme, and I’d really like to use it. >> Thanks in adance.
