Transparent Navigation and Footer

Transparent Navigation -> is this possible? If I scroll down it is already transparent but not in “normal” modus…

Transparent Footer /copyright area so the picture is visible too?

I used this Custom CSS Code so far and tried several others… but its just not working:

.ish-part_header .ish-row { background-color: transparent !important;}

But the Standard Navi (without scrolling ) is still white… I want to see the picture under the navigation buttons..
