WordPress Access to Theme ERROR

    cURL error 28: Failed to connect to ishyoboy.com port 443: Connection timed out

    I have this error and cannot get past the error to log in to the WP dashboard to see if my license is functioning. This happened to my two themes one fixed itself. My provider sent me to you for solution
