WordPress Access to Theme went Down

Yesterday I lost access to my TinyShop admin access to the WordPress Site. Worked with the ISP and discovered that both my sites that use TinyShop had an issue with the theme. Switched to a backup theme and the site released access to the admin console. I tried to get to ISHYOBOY for some consultation and you were off line. My question is…. is your ISHYOBOY outage related to my admin access problem at my ISP level? If so why and how can this be mitigated in my future?
