I have gone through every plugin and have identified it to be the Speed Booster Pack plugin by Optimocha which I have now removed and replaced with a similar plugin.

we’re sorry that you have trouble with our theme. It seems that the problem is in JavaScript. However we tested latest version of WordPress with latest version of NO8 theme and everything seems to work fine.

We think the problem could be in one of the plugin you use. Could you please try to deactivate all the plugins (apart from IshYoBoy assets), check if the error persist and then try to activate them one by one to see which plugin exactly is the problem?

Or if it’s too technical for you simple create an admin account for us and send us (private) reply with credential so we can login and check it.

I am having issues with our websites navigation on mobile devices. The burger bar can no longer be clicked which in turn is damaging our SEO. Everything is fully up to date except WP Bakery which I cannot get updated without you guys releasing an update.

This seems to be a recurring issue for many months now and feel like as this theme has to be paid for every year that this should be dealt with sooner rather than later.

for keeping the same size of logo simply go to “Theme Options > Header Options” and make sure that both section “Header Height” and “Sticky Navigation” are set to the same number, e.g. 120 by default.

This will make the logo always the same.

for completely hiding tagline area you need to do 2 things:
1. Go to “Theme Options > General Options” and set “Breadcrumbs Bar” as “None”.
2. Paste this short snippet into your custom CSS code (you can use one in Customizer)

It will do the trick ;)
