I have this error and cannot get past the error to log in to the WP dashboard to see if my license is functioning. This happened to my two themes one fixed itself. My provider sent me to you for solution

1. Regarding the “cURL error 28: Failed to connect to ishyoboy.com port 443: Connection timed out”.

Are you still experiencing this problem? Is it permanent or does it only appear some-times. If so, can we please ask you to create admin account for us (hello@ishyoboy.com) to log in and try to debug it?

2. Regarding the “Is imagick a need for TinyShop?”

Nope. Imagick is not used within our themes. This must be coming from a plugin.

I updated my WordPress site running the TinyShop to PHP v8.2 and this is a new warning on the site health. Is imagick a need for TinyShop?

PHP modules perform most of the tasks on the server that make your site run. Any changes to these must be made by your server administrator.

The WordPress Hosting Team maintains a list of those modules, both recommended and required, in the team handbook (opens in a new tab).

This is very strange! Do you have any logs from that time? PHP Error logs would be very helpful!

Our hosting provider did indeed have 1 hour outage, but no other customers have reported any problems with not being able to access their websites.

If this is the case it is a serious problem and we will investigate it further to apply a fix and avoid such problems in the future. We’ve been around for 8 years now and this is the first case.

Worked with the ISP and discovered that both my sites that use TinyShop had an issue with the theme. Switched to a backup theme and the site released access to the admin console. I tried to get to ISHYOBOY for some consultation and you were off line. My question is…. is your ISHYOBOY outage related to my admin access problem at my ISP level? If so why and how can this be mitigated in my future?
