We’ve used your theme for a client (https://www.bluecubesecurity.com/), however there is an issue with the 3D cubes in IE. I realise the 3D effect will never work, however the page loads with the rollover state activated, we need the blue side of the cube to be the one that loads by default, then switch to the pink side on hover.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Miles

thank you for choosing our theme for your client. Hope you will like the work with it.

https://themes.ishyoboy.com/boldial/portfolios/3d-cube/ On our demo site, if you compare first row of cubes, they behave exactly same in both IE and other browsers.

Then below is inverted and that is probably what are you looking for. When you edit portfolio item in pagebuilder, try to add (or remove if its there) this custom class in it:

ish-p-3dcube-inverse-bottom

Let me know if it helped.

Thanks, bye

I tried adding that class and it completely disables the rollover effect in Firefox?

Miles

The problem is caused by the custom CSS that handles the images of the portfolio. Since IE is unable to handle the 3D effects correctly the effect is changed to zoomin instead of 3dcube.

If you inspect the portfolio in IE you will see it has “ish-p-zoomin” class and in other browsers “ish-p-3dcube-“.

In the “zoomin” effect the background image that has been added to the “.ish-p-overlay” remains visible all the time. You will have to add a few CSS styles and change the opacity to 0 and back to 1 on hover.

Feel free to get back to us if you need further help.

Cheers
