A gap before Layer Slider. How to remove it?

Great theme! I’m having an issue with space above the Layer Slider image on the home page (https://thebmi.us/). I can’t for the life of me figure out how to eliminate that space between the top of the photo and the header. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Thank you very much! We’re very happy you’r satisfied with your choice and our work :)

The problem is that the Layer Slider outputs some scripts and WordPress wraps then in a

element. So we can just hide it using:

.part-lead > p:first-child{
	display: none;
}

.part-lead > p:first-child{

display: none;

}

This should do the trick. Please let us know.

Thanks. I added that code in the Minicorp admin: General Options > Custom CSS and saved/refreshed, but no change. What am I missing?

Nope, it’s not in the code..
Make sure you have added it to the correct textfield field.

I can see only:

.part-header [class*="grid"], .logo, .tagline {
	height: 130px;
}
.main-nav > ul > li > a {
	line-height: 127px;  /* global option - 3px border */
}
.main-nav > ul.menu-mini > li > a {
	line-height: 30px;
	margin-top: 50px;
}

}

}
