I’ve purchased a license for DIN Pro, and have added all the CSS to the child-theme.css file as well as uploading the files into a folder in the child theme directory.

How do I now start using this font?

I guess now you only need to add CSS Styles to specify which parts of the web should use the new font.

Maybe also share the URL of the page where it is integrated so we can check if the font is loaded correctly.

Which CSS file do I need to edit to specify which parts of the site use the font? I was under the impression that the edits i made to the child-theme.css would override any other style sheets.

Seems like it already works. All the fonts are dynamically set in the file:
wp-content/themes/no8/assets/framework/wp/dynamic_css/inc/dynamic_fonts.php

You can either copy the selectors from there and override them in the child theme or override the whole file in a child theme and change the font-family names to a hardcoded name. This would however disable the font controlling from the back-end.
