admin-ajax.php – Taking a long time to run on Network view of Inspect Element

    Hi,

    I am trying to optimize the site hoever I am finding admin-ajax.php running multiple times on site. Even if I remove the twitter widget it still appears.

    Please can you help me resolve this.
    I have tried:
