my clients website has been updated to v4.4 but now the startpage is cluttered with visible code everywhere I used “box_group” and “box”…

What to do now?
I don’t want to change the whole template.

I then deleted the code of the start page, copied and pasted the same code again and now it looks correct again…
So the strange problem is resolved. But wtf did happen?
