The plugin is integrated within the theme but still needs to be installed separately but from within the theme.

So you have the theme installed, navigate to “Appearance -> Install Plugins” and there you can find it ;)

Make sure to read the documentation file which is available in the “Documentation” folder and follow all the instructions in there.
