Hallo everyone,

i did the last update from the Theme. After i did it i have now big problems and i dont know hot to fix it. Now Visual Composer doesnt work and i miss all icons on my website and also under Theme options and in the visual composer. I cant click anything, and also on my website, all font icons, svg etc. are missing.
If you go to my webseite, every where, where a icon should be, is only a Square.

I did a backup file of the theme and the assests, and tried to fix it with the back up, but there is no way and nothing works.

I think all Images, SVG, Iconic Fonts and more are all missing and i don’t know why.

I hope you can help me, because a the moment its important for me that the website works.

One more thing, when i trie to install the Asset in wordpress i get this error message.

PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Invalid archive structure

After a lot of trying and trying i figured out that my FTP Program FileZilla was faulty and uploaded not all files.

Sorry for getting back to you just now but it was a weekend so we were not by our computers.

Yes, FTP upload may often not upload all files and this might result in errors.. The best way is to upload all files via WordPress back-end if it allows so.
