If you inspect your page, you will see this:
vertical_align_bottom

You can add a unique CSS class or ID to the given row and then use Custom CSS to change the alignment to “bottom” and not “middle” as it is right now.

Unfortunately NO8 does not come with a top bar so you might have to search for a plugin or update the “header.php” template to add it there.

Unfortunately you cannot add it as inline CSS. You need to add the code under “Theme Options -> General Options -> Custom CSS” and use the very same selector as in the image not only the CSS properties.
