On the provided page you have all the necessary code. You can use a child theme to import the font via CSS import and then you need to apply it to all the parts where it should be used via custom CSS. Unfortunately it cannot be used easily from the ThemeOptions.

All the fonts that we use are set in this file:
wp-content/themes/boldial/assets/framework/wp/dynamic_css/inc/dynamic_fonts.php

So you can get inspiration for the selectors and override them in child-theme.css
