I purchased the mini corp theme which looks great and i’m really really happy with almost everything but i have one small issue that is causing me a major headache.

When i share my website on Facebook it says by ishyoboy.com which I’m afraid i don’t want. I really don’t want people to know my site was a purchased theme.

I’ve tried to delete the author credits in the style.css file but then it replaces the nice looking google font that I’ve choosen in the Theme options and replace them with ugly fonts. Its like changing the author name has cause something to detached? Please help, its probably just a link that has been broken but I’m unsure where to repair it.

To fix the “style.css” just replace it with the original one that you downloaded from ThemeForest. Then just Tweak the information as needed.

What i have tried to do was deleted the author info from style.css, but it caused my stylesheet to break in parts.

I’m not overly sure what it is your suggesting? remove the author info from style.css and upload a child theme? What does that mean?

Do i upload the whole folder “minicorpschild” and place it in the minicorps folder, or do i just drop the “child-theme.css” file into the minicorps folder?

Could you please share the URL of your page so we can check what is wrong? Are you using the latest version of the theme?

1. Just edit the “header.php” file and change the line or remove it completely:
<meta name="author" content="IshYoBoy.com">

2. The problems you mentioned might be caused by an error in the Style.css which appeared after modifying it. So please delete it and upload the original version to see if the problem got fixed.
