Background header pattern fixed at the center

    Hello again,

    I would like to put the position of the pattern of the header fixed in the center. This way the pattern repeats but the position of the background relative to the logo and menu area is always the same.
    To be more clear:
    What I have: https://www.fibramar.pt/evo/
    What I want: https://www.fibramar.pt/pt
    Can you help me with that too?
