I’ve noticed that my header background image and colors for some sections have disappeared a couple of times… once was right after a WooCommerce plugin was installed and activated so I tried deactivating it and then reactivating it and the background images reappeared.

The next time this happened, a couple of days later, nothing had changed on the site. I tried refreshing the site in my browser window which did nothing. Then all of a sudden, the images again reappeared after several minutes.

Have you heard anything like this before? Any ideas as to what the problem could be?

I just downloaded the file from Themeforest again and upgraded to be sure. I’m seeing the problem right now in fact. My header background is missing and my color setting for a row section on the home page is missing as well.

Can you help me fix this? I need to bring my site live this week.

Try making a change in the settings of WooCommerce to see if the problem will happen again.
Are the images that are disappearing on the same server? Is there a chance that at some moments the server would not return these?

I deactivated a WooCommerce plugin and had no problems. Then I reactivated and had no problems. Hopefully the update did the trick.

Not sure if you have fixed the problem but to us both pages look the same. Is the problem resolved once you “Save All Changes” in ThemeOptions?

Moreover what files have you overridden via the child theme? Maybe you have an old version of some file.

In the child-theme’s style.css why do you have the whole CSS code from the parent CSS and not link to it? This way no matter what the update is you will always load the child-theme’s css only which might be a few versions behind. Please check the starter which was provided along with the parent theme.
