unfortunately Boldial theme doesn’t contain this functionality by default. You need to add this functionality manually. The best way to start is to edit header.php file and add your icons or menus there. To get you exact code is above the free support and of course it depends what exactly you would like to achieve.

Of course if you would like us to do it for you, maybe with Theme Options settings for header bar, we’re always available for custom work, which we charge hourly.
