To add dark background parallax image for your section you need to change [section] shortcode to looks like this:

When you edit your page and find the shortcode of the first chart you will see that it is placed inside a [grid4 … ] shortcode and it again in a [row] and that row in a [section].

Something like:

Now simply replace the [section color="color2"] with the provided code and ensure the URL to the image is correct so replace the “url-to-your-image/ruby.png” with something like “https://www.gc-in.net/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/ruby.png”. You can get the correct image url from the Media library when you check the image.
