Which is no header, no footer, no menu.

How I can create one..

This is General forum so the general steps would be

1. Take the “header.php”, “footer.php” and “page.php” files
2. Copy them to your child theme’s root folder
3. Rename the copied files in the child theme to let’s say “header-blank.php”, “footer-blank.php”, “template-blank-page.php”
4. Check the guide about creating a template so you are sure you know what you are doing https://codex.wordpress.org/Page_Templates
5. Add the comment that makes it as a template in the beginning of “template-blank-page.php” and so:

/* Template Name: Blank Page */

6. Change the get_header(); and get_footer(); to get_header('blank'); and get_footer('blank');
7. Modify the files “header-blank.php”, “footer-blank.php” and remove the parts that you don’t want to be outputted
8. Upload and activate your child theme
9. Open the page you want to use the blank template and set it’s template to be the “Blank Page” as shown in the template guide link in step 4.
10. Ensure you made no PHP or other errors in the process ;)

I tried and successfully created a blank page which is all shortocde and style functional. At the same time I’m also learned the method WordPress use in template creation.
