Second, in blog page on NO8 theme, when i select “blog full width”, it’s appear on the top “categories” section and the first is “all”. How can i translate both words to spanish?

These texts can be found in the PO/MO files of the theme available in the “language” folder. So just use PoEdit add to translate all the strings you need. It’s the standard way of translating WordPress strings.

Google about translating WordPress if you are not familiar with how it works. E.g.:
