I just purchased this theme and am following the steps; however, the images and store items are not installing.

Which folder do I download from themeforest for the instal? All files and documentation or the installable file only?

I’m confused as to which one to use.

The store items are installed only if the WooCommerce plugin is installed prior to importing the demo data.

Please download the “All files and documentation”, unzip it and then enter the documentation folder and open the READ_ME file in a web browser.. Now just follow the instructions in there :)

Sorry for the late reply, but we had a holiday and a weekend right after it.

Due to licensing reasons we’re not allowed to upload the images to ThemeForest. Therefore they are all replaced by a gray placeholder. Unfortunately we do not have them for manual install. If you do like some of them, however, you could download them manually from our live demo and re-upload to the right place ;). Hope this helps

Sorry but we cannot help with this issue.

The images are owned by their authors and we have agreement to use them in our themes as demo images only but not to share them further. The authors are mentioned in the credits section so you can contact them. Imagine you were the author of the image…

This is the first theme I’ve ever bought that I can’t load the demo images because the developer has not worked out their end….very disappointed.

In this case there must be some misunderstanding. Please describe more in details your problem. Are you missing the images completely? What do you see instead of the images? Could you please post a link to your page, so we can see the content after the import process?

Your page should look like this after the demo content import is done. The grey parts are the dummy images so they just need to be replaced with the ones you want in your design:
