Another related issue is that all of these pages of which the breadcrumb is displayed in the body content don’t seem to display the page title in the header.

Examples:
https://kuiphuis.sitelook.nl/mobiele-telescoopkranen/ is working fine as opposed to https://kuiphuis.sitelook.nl/historie/ which is an example of a page not displaying the page title.

I’ve deactivated the breadcrumbs for now.

On the second page it seems your Lead area is empty. Either use:

[headline tag="h1" color="color1"][the_title][/headline]

Or uncheck the “If checked, lead area will be displayed on the current page.” checkbox.

Regarding the breadcrumbs please provide a link where we can see them messing up the design. The breadcrumbs can be displayed automatically or using a shortcode. Make sure it is not used in the content if you don’t need it.
