Browser’s Back Button not loading page

Hi,

I noticed that when I click on the back button in safari it is showing the loader on the screen but not loading the page at all. Waited for about 3 minutes before I refreshed the page and it then worked.

Do you have a fix for this?

Just installed the latest version of Multicorp.

could you please check if you have the same problem on our live preview theme?https://themes.ishyoboy.com/multicorp/

Otherwise, please try to check if you have any JavaScript errors on the page or try to disable all plugins and activate them one by one to see if it is not caused by some third party plugin.

If problem persist, please provide us url where we can see the result.
So we will be able to provide a better solution.

Yes, same problem: https://www.teniet.com/safari-multicorp.png

It’s no only on Safari at my macbook, i got noticed by a client and then i see that got the same problem.

The problem appeared when you go from the home to any blog article and then click the back button in your Safari browser.

Any solution? Thanks!

thanks, we see it now.
So we have to investigate it and will try to find some fix for that.

For now, please disable the preloader in Theme Options -> General Options -> Content Preloader. This should fix the problem.

We tried to disable the preloader but it keeps coming up. (browser cache empty)

Any idea?

when you disable preloader it can’t be visible anymore on any page.
We tested it and it works for us.

Hmm, maybe some server caching…

Could you please try it again and please check if preloader is completely missing on your page.
