Can I fix the height of a background image?

Hi guys,

I’d like to resize the height of a background image added in the row settings using parallax effect – it’s the main image on my homepage, with a text and button overlay. When I change the ‘Background repeat’ setting to contain – it sets the image to the actual size I want but there is a big white space underneath, so I’d really like to get rid of the space and make the background display only the actual pixel size? Is this possible?
