When I selected colors of my choice from the color picker given in color options of the theme options section and pressed Save all changes, it will not be reflected in the website.

Why is it so ?

I’m using Boldial Version: 2.1 and wordpress Version 4.3.1.

Make sure you purge all caches of caching plugins you might be using. What is the URL of your page?

Just changed the colors in theme options and the change was reflected in the front-end. Please be more specific what and you are trying to change and where this change is not reflected.
