Can't Locate Video Background Edit

Hello,

I had to purchase the Video & Parallax Backgrounds For Visual Composer since Bodial doesn’t have one. Before I updated my template, it worked fine, meaning I enabled the plugin, went to my “Home” pages, and when I clicked the edit button I can find the Video & Parallax Backgrounds section. Now I cannot find it in the edit page which means I cannot change the background. This is the error that pops up when I try to access the section where the Video & Parallax Backgrounds For Visual Composer should appear: https://goo.gl/E6xQJV

Please help me fix my website :).

probably caused by not updating both theme and plugin. Please update everything to the latest versions to see if the problem is still present.

Hey guys,

Thanks for the help. I had another issue with the mobile website, but that works fine now after installing the new update, and everything seems to be fine in the dashboard.

But I can’t find the option for the life of me where I am suppose to change the background video. I know when I had the first version of Bodial, I just had to click the first “edit” button on “Home” and I would see the option “video” which I would click and then change the video with the url. I can’t find it anywhere on the “Home” edit section.

Any ideas?

Hi asianhorror,

We just checked the plugin you mentioned and it seems you need to enter a special Video content element into the row, not editing the row settings.

I guess it only works in firs-level rows, not inner rows as the one you are trying to edit in the screenshot.
