I’ve installed Minicorp template for this website few months ago. Unfortunately the user has a problem with the library. When he uploads pictures, everything works well. But when he wants to add the image in a page, it doesn’t appear in the window. I checked the problem and I can’t see the picture neither. It appears in the library, everything is fine on the FTP but impossible to find it from the adding picture window. But if I desactivate the WPML plugin, it works. I realise there are few problems generated by the WPML plugin. This one could be one of them: problem with the portfolio gallery. Also I found another one: when editing a page/article in french for exemple, it erase the other languages and replace them by the french version.
Can you help me to find a solution? Do I have to contact the WPML autor directly?

First of all, you have to keep all used themes, plugins, CMSes up to date. Not doing so ends up with errors and incompatibilities and makes your site open/vulnerable to hackers and spammers and they can use it to make even more harm. It’s your task not to let them! Your current set-up is:

Minicorp Version: 1.5 (released 12.08.2013 !!!)
WordPress: 3.8.3
WPML ver: 2.6.3

The current versions of all of them are:

Minicorp Version: 1.9
WordPress: 3.9.1
WPML ver: 3.1.5

So make sure to make everything up-to date. By the way your current Minicorp version is not compatible with your current WordPress version. The compatibility has been ensured in version 1.8.

Secondly, I hope the images are being uploaded via WordPress Media upload mechanism, not through an FTP as if the latter they will not be registered in the WordPress’s DB.

Please let us know if updating solved your issues.

The images are being updated via the WordPress media upload mechanism.
I understand I realy need to get everything updated first. Of course, I’ll let you know if this solve my problem.
