Just tested it on WordPress 4.1 and latest Boldial. All working perfectly fine. Please ensure all theme files were correctly uploaded. Maybe re-upload the latest files and clear your browser’s cache memory?

Do you have any JavaScript Errors on the back-end? If yes, check which files generated them as this will help track the error.

Also please ensure the problem is not caused by a third-party plugin by deactivating them and activating them one by one to see which one causes the problem.
