Hey there,

You could put it in the “Settings -> General -> Tagline”.
Another option would be to edit the “header.php” file and hardcode it inside it, where the default WordPress tagline is:

This, however, requires a little PHP knowledge. We recommend copying the header.php file into the root of a child theme and making the changes in there in order not to loose them with the next theme update.

What is a child theme and how, but mainly why to use it?
