Could you please share the link to your website so we see which image exactly you mean? There are 3 ways:

1. To change the global header image you need to go to “Appearance -> Theme Options -> Pattern Options”.

2. To change the header image on a page which has a customized image, then edit this page and change its “featured image” then double check in the “Custom Taglines area” whether the image is set to be displayed in the Taglines area.

3. If the Taglines area is not displayed, check the settings of the first row in the content as it might have a background image.

you can simply change the “Featured Image” on the page or post to change header image.

Or you can hide default header and create your custom header in content.
