If you mean logos presented clients on this page https://themes.ishyoboy.com/minicorp/wp/home-ishyoboy-slider/ they are made by regular Slidable shortcode. If you edit the page you can see it at the very bottom where is Slidable shortcode with grids (one_sixth) and inside each one grid there is image placed.
