Hi there,

We see the problem and it is caused by an incorrect value in Theme Options which then messes the whole mobile layout of the website. Please make sure to use only number. So “768” is correct. “768px” is not correct.

No padding and margins available through any of the theme? How do I access this? also The close menu button is not functioning correctly. I press the hamburger menu to open the navigation, but the X button does not close the window???

Hey,

The paddings and margins are all set by the theme so the can be consistent all over the site. These can be however changed using a few lines of custom css ;) Let us know which section you have in mind and we can provide the necessary CSS styles.

Site wide, I would like to be able to add margins and padding via visual composer on all pages.

If you want to target a specific row. Then edit it, go to the complete bottom of its settings and set “Use Advanced Global Attributes” to yes. Then even further below, new fields appear. You can use the “Extra CSS Class” to give it a special class name. E.g.: “my-big-padding-row”. Then just use this class to attach CSS styles to it:

Yes, the provided solution should work without a problem for your site. You can use the “Theme Options -> General Options -> Custom CSS” field to paste the styles and tweak them.

Strange. everything seems to be correct. Could you please create a WordPress admin account for us to log in and check what might be causing it? Please provide the Username and Password in a private reply in here. Thanks

Hi,

Thank you very much sir! Problem found, problem solved. We’re adding it to our next theme update which in this case will be version 2.3.

We strongly recommend updating WordPress to the latest version, updating all plugins and last but not least updating NO8 to v2.2.

If you update NO8, however, you will have to reproduce the fix we did.

In “main.js” file located in folder ‘wp-content/themes/no8/assets/frontend/js/main.js’ please search for the string sidenav_opened = true;.

You will find in in two places. The code will look like this:

...
		sidenav_opened = true;
	});
}
...

...

sidenav_opened = true;

});

}

...

Please change it to:

...
		sidenav_opened = true;
	});
} else {
	sidenav_opened = true;
}
...

...

sidenav_opened = true;

});

} else {

sidenav_opened = true;

}

...

Make sure to do it on both places where you initially found the string.
