I have question with the size in the portfolio.

is it possible to change the size of a thumbnail ?

For exemple i need all my thumbnail in 250 x 250 px.

yes, it is possible. You can add to each portfolio its own custom class and specify that class in Custom CSS field in theme options.

But if we can suggest, try to prevent fixed width and height on any object because of the responsiveness and whole layout organization. Fixed values may not look and work properly across all devices.

Let us know please if you really wish to move with the fixed w/h, provide a preview link and we can see what can be done there.
