When the menu converts to the tinynav can this point be changed to 480px rather than 768px.

This uses the setting in “Theme Options” -> “General Options” called “Responsive layout”. You can enter the “breaking point” there. By default it’s 768. This change will however influence also how grids are rearranged so please make sure to check if everything looks as you wish afterwords.
