if you mean menu on the left side or on the right side, you have to simply create sidebar with your navigation:
“Appearance -> Theme Options -> Widgets”

Or you can create new sidebar:
“Appearance -> Theme Options -> Sidebars”

And then set the sidebar for all pages.
